Thank you for using T2MCloud! This month’s Cloud Complete Portal update expands your administrative abilities yet again with the addition of one major, highly-requested feature: New Number Requests.
Running out of phone numbers? Now you can add more DIDs to your Cloud Complete service with the click of a button! Using the new Number Request feature, organizational admins can request the addition of new phone numbers directly through the T2M portal with an easy, automated process – no e-mailing required. This new feature is located in the Support section of the portal, next to ticket submission:
Simply fill in the required information and click “Submit Number Request” to get the ball rolling. We’ll begin processing your request as soon as it’s received and you’ll receive an e-mail notification once your new numbers are ready for use.
