Thank you for using T2MCloud! This month we’re happy to announce the addition of some very cool devices to our approved endpoints list, including a brand new Large Room System offering from Logitech. In the Skype for Business world at large, last month we announced that the new Mac client was released to the public – this month, Microsoft made that client even better with the release of its first major cumulative update. Read on for the details!
Device Profile: Logitech SmartDock
Designed in collaboration with Microsoft, the Logitech SmartDock system is a powerful meeting tool for any organization. It’s purpose-built for Skype for Business conferencing and is fully Skype Room System-certified.
With one-touch meeting join, the SmartDock allows you to seamlessly start and share meetings. Fully equipped with HDMI input and output, three USB 3.1 ports and gigabit internet, the SmartDock is fully capable of working with your existing displays and projectors.
The SmartDock will be available for purchase later in the year. Check out its product page to read more about its features and how it can streamline your organization’s conferencing experience!
Device Profile: Plantronics Voyager Focus UC
The Plantronics Voyager Focus UC is another new addition to our approved endpoints list this month. This high-end Bluetooth headset offers a bevy of features for the discerning Skype for Business user.
While the 98-foot mobility range, immersive stereo audio and incredibly comfortable feel makes this a great headset already, the sophisticated noise-cancelling technology is what puts it at the top of its class. Active and passive noise-cancellation combined with three precision-tuned microphones makes your voice come through clear while cutting out distracting background noise.
This headset comes in a specially-designed Microsoft model certified for Skype for Business and is fully supported with our Cloud Complete offering.
