Thank you for using T2MCloud! This month’s update to the Cloud Complete
portal brings a highly requested New Accounts Report to your administrative
toolset, which allows you to track and audit the creation of new user accounts for
your organization. User call history reports have been updated to display some
additional useful information as well as an expanded range of call history.
New Accounts Report
The New Accounts Report is meant to assist organizations in tracking both the day
that a user was created as well as the credentialed user who enabled them in the
Cloud Complete portal:
This report is viewable by month. The “Created Date” value has been tracked since
late July and is accurate from that point onward. All users created before then will
show a “Created Date” of 6/1 and can be seen by browsing to June 2017 –
however, the “Created By” value is accurate for every user regardless of creation
Beyond auditing purposes, this report can serve as a useful tool for validating your
user configurations when enabling large numbers of employees at once. Rather than
navigate through the Users tab searching individually to validate their assigned SIP
address and Phone Number, you can pull up this month’s New Account Report and
see them all at once.
Updates to User Call History Page
When searching for a user’s call history, the main report page now includes some
additional information. We have added a Call Duration and Audio Quality metric to
each call’s row. You will also see a 7-Day Quality counter in the top right corner,
indicating the user’s overall experience over the last 7 days:
